Nintendo Co., Ltd. has announced that it will launch the offline version of Pocket Camp, titled Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete, on December 3, 2024, and opens pre-registration for both Android and iOS. It requires a one-time app purchase, giving you access to all the items and events that have been released over the past seven years.

The announcement regarding the shutdown of the online version of Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp, was made recently on August 22, 2024. As a replacement comes Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete, an offline simulation title, where you take on the role of a campsite manager. You can also fish, catch bugs, chat with animals, and collect your favorite furniture, along with many other activities in the game.
In this version, you can enjoy all the activities available in the online version, from decorating your campsite with tents, swings, and lazy rivers to merry-go-rounds, and many other items. I am sure you will love meeting a variety of animals with quirky personalities that you can select as camp caretakers to assist you.
The game also promises to offer a wide range of events each month like Garden Events and Fishing Tourneys, along with seasonal or occasional events like Halloween, Toy Day, Bunny Day, and the Summer Festival.
This offline version includes new gameplay features for added fun
Now you can create a Camper Card, which serves as a personal introduction. It is very simple to make, you just have to choose a color and pose and you are good to go. What I am particularly excited about is the ability to scan other players’ Camper Cards, allowing you to trade and collect them.
The game has introduced a new location called the Whistle Pass, which wasn’t previously available in the original Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp. Here, you can invite players whose Camper Cards you have registered before and enjoy live guitar performances together. I can’t wait to experience those magical musical nights with my friends.
Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete is available for pre-registration on both Android and iOS and is set to launch on December 3 of this year. You can pre-register through your respective Google Play Store or App Store. The game will be offered at an introductory price of $9.99 until January 31, 2025, after which the price will increase to $19.99.
