Beeline Interactive leaves the development team of Street Fighter 4: Championship Edition

Capcom taking over!

Beeline Interactive, the studio that had worked on a few lesser-known games has announced their departure from Street Fighter 4: Championship Edition, a version of the popular arcade game for mobile. From now on, CAPCOM Co, the well-known game developer, and publisher who worked on this game alongside Beeline will be taking full control and be responsible for maintaining and adding content. And on the same IP, it is worth knowing that Capcom has already confirmed the global release of Street Fighter Duel.

The two studios had collaborated in the past on a Resident Evil game on iOS devices, although that saw limited success and is no longer available for download.

They also provided other details regarding CAPCOM supplying upcoming content, privacy policy, terms of service, player data and other info of the game. All of this is in effect since these changes were applicable from the 1st of this month.

Street Fighter 4: Championship Edition is a mobile game part of the Street Fighter arcade fighting series which didn’t get much popularity. The game is free to download, but players can unlock everything in the game only after an in-app purchase. That being said, players don’t have to do much since all of this is going on internally and CAPCOM will be taking care of the game from now onwards.
