On 15th February, South Korean game development company Pearl Abyss hosted a conference call along with CEO Jeong Kyung-in and CFO Jo Seok-woo who revealed the company earnings and also the fourth-quarter results for domestic and foreign investment. During this call, the company expressed its expansion plans for Black Desert Mobile in China in the first half of 2022 with a closed beta test.
The meeting Pearl Abyss officials discuss the company’s stable service of Black Desert mobile and Eve Online during the fourth quarter of 2021. The company also talked about the increase in the number of new users in Korea by 165% and in North America by 230%, which was a result of character reboot along with the new Snowy Mountain area, and the Calpheon Banquet was attended by 550,000 global users.
Pearl Abyss has experienced steady growth
Pearl Abyss reported that the company had seen an increase in sales and profit. With this, the company has now announced a Balck Desert version for China which is under closed beta tests. Black Desert team also said that the game had already completed three beta tests which started from early November last year which was closely monitored by the company for gameplay and payment patterns which were closely examined with the existing Black Desert Mobile version.
Until now Black Desert Mobile has been famous for its continued and stable service. Pearl Abyss now wants to focus on the Black Desert Mobiles China release and its new IP marketing.
Officials also said that they will make necessary improvements to the game based on the reviews that users post to ensure a smooth experience. Black Desert mobile team is known for giving utmost importance to user reviews and implementing suggestions and solutions based on those reviews.
