Black Rock Shooter FRAGMENT, the new game installment in the artistic dystopian anime, has now launched, albeit only in Japan, giving players a taste of real-time-battling set in the world that is known to fans globally and created by illustrator Ryohei Fuke, who is more commonly known as Huke. The franchise also aired its show, Black Rock Shooter: Down Fall earlier this year on Disney+ as it aims to make a comeback to popularity.
Black Rock Shooter is finally back in the form of games
Quite surprisingly, Black Rock Shooter hasn’t had a mobile game ever since its first ever game on the PlayStation Portable. For anyone who’s not familiar with the concept, it follows a young fighter from the 22nd Century and players lead a squadron of female fights called “Synthetics” in a world fragmented by war.
The game had names like Huke for design direction, Ichiro Sakaki & Okina Kamino for scriptwriting, Rui Tomono for teaser visuals and Hiroto Sugawara for logo design, and Good Smile Company and G2 Studios.
