Brawl Stars has finally launched its September Brawl Talk, following the recent one in June 2025. Although most of its content was leaked ahead of the release, this Brawl Talk has introduced two new Brawlers, a Subway Surfers collaboration, Brawler Release Event, game modes, Skins, and more. Let’s dive in detail and explore all the new stuff!
Brawl Stars Leaked September Brawl Talk: New Brawler
Ziggy
Ziggy, first showcased at ComicCon 2025, is an uber-theatrical magician who excels at using electricity during his magic acts. His main Attack, Ta-Da, lets you create a lightning strike at a target area, which deals area damage after a short delay.
With the Super, Ziggy’s Fantastical Storm, you can create a giant electrical storm that also travels rapidly across the environment, dealing massive damage to Brawlers caught within. I like that it also moves more slowly if an enemy Brawler is inside it.

His Gadgets and Star Powers were leaked but not mentioned in this Brawl Talk, similar to Mina. For Gadgets, the first one lets you summon a storm that locks onto your nearest enemy for seconds, and the second lets you teleport to your attack.
As for Star Powers, the first one makes your Super slow down enemies for 1 second, and the second one boosts your attacks’ damage by 30% after you hit an enemy. The exact names of his skills, Gadgets, and Star Powers are still to be announced.
Mina
Mina is another upcoming Brawler who blends Capoeira with breakdance. With her main Attack, Capoeira Combo, you can cycle through three ranged attacks with time delays. However, if you don’t attack fast, her combo is broken, and the whole cycle repeats again.

Moreover, she dashes with each attack, though the dash deals zero damage, unlike Mortis. Her Super, Furacao 3000, you can hit the air to create a strong hurricane, dealing heavy damage while knocking enemies up in front of you.
With her first gadget, you can create a wind wall for 3 seconds to block projectiles. With the second one, you can instantly refresh your Super if your Super hits an enemy. Coming to Star Power, the first allows your third attack to heal, and the second lets your Super root enemies in place.
Early Access Removal and Brawler Release Event
As you know, Trunk is the last Brawler to receive Early Access, and this system will be removed. Starting with this update, the game is introducing a new way to unlock Brawlers. Now, instead of having one week to buy the latest Brawler, there’ll be a Brawler Release Event.
In these events, you can open Brawler Boxes, which provide a chance to unlock Mina in September. So, over 10 days, you’ll get three daily tickets, which you can then use to play a random game mode using either your own Brawler or a maxed version of the latest release.

Moreover, there will be a Mirror match running during the entire event, letting you practice with a new Brawler before you waste your tickets. While you can team up with friends, all of you’ll need the tickets to participate. You can also purchase the boxes from Shop for 99 Gems.
For every 2 wins, you get a Brawler Box, and the number of wins will keep changing based on the new Brawler’s rarity. So, in these themed Boxes, you can unlock cosmetics for the new Brawler, progression items, with the chance of the newest Brawlers.
Brawl Stars September 2025 Brawl Talk: Subway Surfers Collaboration, New Game modes, and more
Subway Surfers Collab Event
You should be excited, as Brawl Stars is introducing a Subway Surfers collab in the next update, lasting until September 30. It includes Subway Surfers-inspired rewards, new Supers called Subway Supers, along with a brand-new game called the Subway Run.
Throughout the collab, you’re tasked with collecting Rails to build your own Reward Track. By collecting these Rails, you can unlock the event rewards, which include the new Boom Box, packed with cosmetics, including the new Graffiti Skins and guaranteed Subway Supers.

Coming to the Subway Supers, you can activate them to gain advantages in your match just like Subway Surfers. When you equip one of these Supers, there will be an extra button that lets you use them like a regular Super. Each of these has three levels, each enhancing it.
The collab last 4 weeks, with week 1 offering raining Coins modifier, giving you more Coins for your matches. For week 2, there’s a Club Event, letting you collect Rails for the Graffiti Leon skin. In Week 3, Mina will be introduced along with Brawler Release event. Week 4 offers Daily Contests.
Subway Supers
Here’s a list of the Subway Supers:
- Super Sneakers: With this, you can jump over any obstacles and then land with a temporary speed boost and shield.
- Brawler Magnet: You’ll be able to pull a Brawler to your position by using this Subway Super.
- Hoverboard Charge: By using this, you can surf through any obstacles and also damage your enemies. Not only that, you can even stun your enemies at the end point.
- Barrier Trap: This one lets you trap your enemies with train barriers.
- Jetpack: You’ll be able to fly and attack your enemies from above. Moreover, your attack will also leave slowing spray points.
- Fast Track: You can fire a bunch of damaging train tracks, and even surf those tracks to move faster on the map.
- Stereo Blast: Similar to Ollie, you can blast a musical wave to push your enemies back. This also heals your teammates.
- Pogo Pull: Unlike Brawler Magnet, by using this one, you can pull yourself towards an enemy or the wall.

Now, to unlock them, you’ve to collect Rails for your Reward Track, and to collect Rails, you’ll be surfing to four different cities, each bringing their own events and rewards for you to unlock.
Subway Surfers, Streetwear, and Graffiti Skins
The Subway Surfers collab is bringing various epic collab skins like Jake Ollie, which you can get for free during the next season from the Reward Track. Along with him, Tricky Janet and Frank Byron are also coming.

For Streetwear skins, we have Jam Master Hank. DJ Poco is the new Hypercharge skin, coming along with two Hypercharge Chromas, Scratcher Poco and Beatmatcher Poco. Moreover, three new Graffiti skins will be available, Graffiti Leon, Graffiti Alli, and Graffiti Stu.
Subway Surfers Brawl Pass
Subway Surfers Brawl Pass is set to arrive in September, featuring Streetwear Emz as the Brawl Pass Skin, with Hypebeast Emz and Techwear Emz as her Chromas.
New Game Modes
Subway Run
Subway Run is the first-ever race mode in the game, which is a 10-player free-for-all showdown race. Your goal is to reach each checkpoint in order while being the first to win. By defeating enemies, you gain speed boost and it returns them to the previous checkpoint.

As this is featured game mode for the upcoming season, the Subway Supers will always be active here. Even better, the Guard from Subway Surfers chase you here and deals a lot of damage if he catches you.
Brawl Stars Showdown

Brawl Stars Showdown is a new game mode arriving in Subway Surfers, where you race against other Surfers. Here, you can unlock six unique Brawlers in Subway Surfers, and even use them as power-ups. For instance, you can run as Dynamike Piper, El Primo, Max, Poco, and Spike.
Brawl-o-ween Season and new Hypercharges
Brawl-o-ween Event

During the upcoming Trick or Treat event, you’ll be able to collect Candies from Bosses, Daily Wins, and Quests, to trade for rewards. During this event, you can either get an instant Trick or have to wait for your Treat.
Brawl-o-ween Brawl Pass
To celebrate Halloween, another Brawl-o-ween Season is set to arrive in-game, along with a new Brawl-o-ween Brawl Pass. It will feature Plague Doctor Crow skin, along with Old Hunter Crow and Death’s Door Crow as the Chromas.

This season will also feature Ghost Diver Rico, Aeb, Gargoyle R-T, Teen Ruffs, and the Headless Tickman. Moreover, Hypercharged Kenji skin is getting a new Chroma skin, called Kizu Kenji.
Hypercharges
Great news for everyone, as Brawl Stars is going to introduce 9 new Hypercharges in the upcoming update. Here are the Brawlers and their new Hypercharges:
- Jae-Yong’s Crowd Pleaser: Your Super has a reduced cooldown during the Hypercharge, and each of your Super activations is boosted.
- Trunk’s Retread: This allows you to leave ants on enemies, which deals damage over time. Although there’s no Shadow Realm, the damage that the ants do is worth it.
- Meeple’s The Last Rulebender: Your Super will now cover a larger area, and allow you and your teammates to walk through walls and over water.
- Juju’s Bokor: You’ll be able to summon a hypercharged Gris Gris, with bigger needles, higher damage, higher movement speed, and more health.
- Byron’s Unstable Concoction: With this, now you can fire Byron’s main attack in all directions from the point of impact with the Super.
- Larry and Lawrie’s The Three-Bot-Problem: You’ll be able to summon an extra prototype Lawrie bot for backup, which also deals more damage and has higher health than a normal Lawrie. However, Gadgets affecting Lawrie only applies to the original model.
- Finx’s Temporal Travelling: You’ll be able to activate an additional Super area around yourself that also follows your movement.
- Ollie’s Ain’t No Half-Supering: You can now jump with this, and the music blast area is larger. Plus, it won’t cost you as much ammo when it starts charging.
- Pam’s Hypercharge: Her Super now provides you with a shield when you’re at max HP. This was leaked but she will get her Hypercharge in the next update.
