A series of Quality of Life improvements and Balance Changes are being added in the Clash of Clans Summer update for the month of June 2022. The Clan Capital Raid Medal max capacity has been fixed along with some details, which are listed below. Additionally, there have been some improvements made to Clan Capital System in the game, based on user feedback. In this section, we would unfold the major changes happening to Clash of Clans of the Summer Update 2022. Changes made to the Home Village will also be covered.
Clash of Clans Summer Update June 2022: National Flags and Balance Changes
Clan Capital Raid Medal Capacity
The cap of 5000 Raid Medals is now correctly enforced. Raid Medals above the cap are converted into gems, at the exchange rate of 1 gem per 100 Raid Medals.
National Flags
A fantasy realm with a cast of wild, zany, and humorous characters, the Clash Universe must be kept separate from real-life references.
- The Clash of Clans app no longer displays any national flags.
- The cost of any purchased flags has been reimbursed.
- The game will still use fictitious flags.

Clash of Clans Summer Update June 2022: Clan Capital Changes
Complete Army Camp Attack
Players will be informed, if they cannot launch an attack, unless they use the entire available Housing Space for their Capital Army, in order to ensure clans are using their full Housing space while attacking.
The purpose of this is to avoid a frequent scenario, in which players launch their Capital attack before understanding whether a Capital Army Camp has finished upgrading. This results in players attacking with fewer units than they could have employed.
Clan Capital Profile Tab
Players can now see enemy clans during a weekend of capital raids. They can now view the opponent Clan profile by clicking a button on the map of the enemy Capital.
Builder Potion Forge Activation
A button on the Forge tab of the Home Village can be used to activate Builder Potions, in order to speed up the crafting of Capital Gold.
Clan Capital District Challenges
During a Capital Raid Weekend, districts with unaltered layouts will continue to be accessible for Friendly Challenges.
Capital Raid Attack Counter-Notification
Players won’t have to physically go to the Clan Capital to see how many Capital attacks they still have. The Airship in the Home Village will now show players how many Capital attacks they have left to employ before the Capital Raid Weekend is over.
Raid Medal Distribution Raid
To make it visually clearer that the item in question cannot be purchased, until the next inventory cycle. Items that are out of stock or sold out for purchase using Raid Medals will now display a “Sold Out” notice, instead of simply being greyed out.
Additionally, a number of bug changes and fixes have been taken care of in the Clan Capital in Clash of Clans.
Clash of Clans Summer Update June 2022: Home Village Changes
There are a great number of changes, which are being introduced in Home Village. Army Training costs have been removed as of the current Update. There are also changes in some ways, in order to upgrade the Home Village.
Zero Cost Training
All Gold, Elixir, and Dark Elixir training costs for troops, spells, and siege machines have been eliminated in this Update. Therefore, training the whole army will cost ZERO elixir or dark elixir.
Without having to worry about investing resources while unsure of whether a strategy or Army build will even be successful, players are encouraged to experiment with new ideas and tactics. Eliminating training expenses will give them more freedom to test out those crazy ideas they’ve been coming up with, allowing them to experiment with wild new approaches!
Training changes
- Army training time and housing space requirements are still present.
- The Training Boost perk from the Season Challenges will now only affect training time.
- Players will no longer receive returned resources when donating to a Clanmate.
- Donation Refunds from Clan perks have been removed.
- Events will no longer discount training for Troops or Spells.
- Elixir loot in Legend League has been reduced to match Gold loot.
Elixir Cost changes
The developers have made several adjustments that mostly affect lower Town Hall levels as a result of the boost in Elixir that results from the reduction of training costs. Walls will be able to be renovated using either gold or elixir, as of Town Hall level 5.
“Remove All” Function from Army Training
Players won’t have to take out your Army’s units one at a time any longer! In the past, emptying the entire Army required laboriously removing each unit one by one by hand. Players will see a new trash-can button added next to each category on your trained Army tab, involving Troops, Spells, and Siege Machines. By pressing the button, all trained units will be deleted.
Super Troop Quick Donation
Despite your clanmate asking for Super Troop, perhaps players do not have it added. Players can donate to any Super Troop that they do not have access to, even if it isn’t currently operational. Only Super Troops that you can activate can be donated.
Super Troop Quick Donations are similarly impacted by 1-Gem donations. But, players will still get credit for any Season Challenge or Clan Perk advantages.
Scenery Randomizer
It is quite similar to the work of the Hero Skin Randomizer. From the Town Hall, players can activate the Scenery Randomizer. They can choose among the sceneries they have earned by activating the Scenery Randomizer. The Randomizer will pick a Scenery at random from the ones which have already been chosen whenever your Home Village is loaded. It must be remembered that the Scenery will be randomly chosen. Players can only choose from those, which they have unlocked.
Additional Scenery Changes
- New custom ambient sound and music are available in Shadow Scenery.
- For the Shadow Scenery, the placements and brightness of the Clan Capital Airship and Forge have been modified.
- For the epic jungle scenery, the placements of the Clan Capital Airship and Forge have been modified.
- The placements of the Builder Base Boat and Ship have been altered to fit the magnificent jungle scenery.
- For the Tiger Mountain Scenery, the placements of the Capital Airship and Forge have been modified.
- The placements of the Builder Base Boat and Ship have been modified to fit the Tiger Mountain Scenery.
- More of the Tiger Mountain Scenery is now viewable thanks to modified camera boundaries.
- The Halloween ambient sound and music are now used in Pumpkin Graveyard Scenery.
- The Winter ambient sound and music are now used in Snow Day Scenery.
- The Winter ambient sound and music are now used in Snow Day Scenery.
Additionally, a number of game changes and Bug fixes have been made in the Home Village itself.
