COD Warzone Mobile limited release will not be available in bigger countries, explains Activision Vice President

The team aims for a perfect product

Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile published by Activision is something that global fans are eager to play since the game is limited to selected regions only. However, Chris Plummer, the Senior Vice President and the Co-Studio Head of the Mobile division at Activision has confirmed that the COD Warzone Mobile limited release will not be available in bigger countries for reasons of evaluation.

The team will evaluate the performance of the game before releasing it large scale

According to Chris Plummer, the limited release was chosen solely based on the evaluation of COD Warzone Mobile. Countries like the USA, and India, are not going to be included because they want to test the game and confirm everything is working, and the product is similar to what they wanted before hitting the global market.

Well, it is the best option for any gaming company before releasing it to the public. Bigger countries directly point to a bigger audience. The optimization of the game, improving thermals, availability of the game on different devices, and so on all need to be thoroughly tested before the game is released, and COD Warzone Mobile is correctly sticking to that idea.

Chris Plummer has confirmed that the in the coming days, the game will roll out for players from the Europe and South American regions to size the product large scale. He also added that there hasn’t been a global release date announced, yet, so he has asked us to not believe any rumors.

Current developments of the game are focused on the stability and gameplay

The developments of the game are focused on stability and gameplay improvements confirmed Chris Plummer. Also, the player feedback is taken seriously and has been implemented as the development continues, so that they have the end goal of providing a healthy gaming experience.
