Cookie Run: Kingdom is set to release the new Version 6.8 update, “Secrets of the Order”. The update will be available after maintenance, which will be held around 06:00 – 10:00 (GMT+9). The new update coming on August 27th, 2025, will bring brand new content with new cookies, events, permanent content, and more!
Some portions of this update’s content may change before its release. The finalized changes will be available in the patch notes once the update is complete. As it is, the new update will be filled with new content such as new Cookies, New Episodes, Limited Events, Toppings, Treasures, QoL updates, and more!
Cookie Run: Kingdom Version 6.8 Update: New Cookie Characters
Super Epic Cookie: Doughael
- Rarity: Super Epic
- Type: Healing
Heals allies for a certain period of time, and grants DMG Resist, Debuff Resist, and ATK buffs. Afterwards, Doughael’s faith shines, healing allies, dealing damage to enemies, pushing them back, and inflicting Sacred Preachings.
Upon using their skill, Doughael removes debuffs from targets with Disciple of the Abyss. Lastly, Doughael applies Fervor and Blessings of Devotion, Healing targets whenever they take damage over a certain period of time, and granting them Immunity to incapacitating effects.
At the start of battle, Doughael grants Disciple of the Abyss to the ally with the highest ATK (excluding themselves), increasing the ally’s ATK and DMG Dampening. If this target is defeated, it will trigger Selfless Sacrifice, increasing Doughael’s ATK and DEF.
The buff will be applied to the next ally with the highest ATK. If Doughael is defeated, Disciple of the Abyss will further increase the target’s ATK buff and speed up their Healing rate. Doughael’s Cooldown decreases proportionally to their HP increase rate as of the start of the battle, and they are immune to incapacitating effects.
Epic Cookie: Seltzer Cookie

- Type: Support
Creates a Carbonated Energy field that pulls enemies inward and deals damage. Afterwards, Bubble Rain damages enemies, heals allies, and applies the Bubble Up buff. Water-type Cookies gain a CRIT DMG buff. When paired with Menthol Cookie, enemies and bosses are inflicted with the Stinging Fizz debuff.
Epic Cookie: Menthol Cookie
- Rarity: Epic
- Type: Bomber
Releases Menthol Gas, damaging enemies. If targets are affected by Endless Flow, it deals additional damage and inflicts a CRIT DMG debuff. Afterwards, the gas explodes, dealing more damage based on the number of enemies hit. If enemies have the Stinging Fizz debuff, explosions cause additional Fizz Bubble Explosions that deal area damage.

New Resonant Toppings: Fuzzy Wuzzy Toppings
The new Resonant Toppings that can only be equipped by specific Cookies have been added. These Toppings can be equipped with Doughael, Seltzer Cookie, Menthol Cookie, and Madeleine Cookie. The set effect of Toppings will activate regardless of whether they are regular or Resonant Toppings, as long as all of the Toppings equipped are of the same set.
New Beascuits: Surging Beascuits
- Obtainable in Beast-Yeast Ep. 1 & 2, pre-upgraded to Lv.20.
- Higher difficulty yields better Beascuits.
- Available via Balloon Expeditions after obtaining 90 Stars in each episode.
MyCookie Adventure
A new casual roguelite action mode featuring loot, gear, and upgrades. Access via Peanut Sandwich Cookie in Town Square.
- New Stages: 20 additional stages. Completing Stage 60 unlocks new backgrounds and stickers.
- Survival Mode: Available after Stage 60. Survive 20 waves of enemies for rewards.
- Rewards: Gear and upgrade items carry over between seasons. Tickets, coins, and materials reset.

Guild Siege
Guild Siege: Fortress in Flames is a new, large-scale seasonal battle mode lasting 7 days.
- Season 1: September 1 – September 8 (GMT+9)
- Season 2: September 15 – September 22 (GMT+9)
The rewards will be based on players’ participation and performance, with Siege Tokens required for progression. Tokens recharge daily at 20:00 (GMT+9).
Siege Progression
Guild members can challenge nodes (Enemies, Arena, Scouting Areas, Outposts) until Day 4. On Day 5, Bound Guardians and Guardians unlock. Clearing Day 4 early allows earlier access. Control Rating and cooking food grant buffs. Capturing Outposts may debuff enemy Guardians. Artillery Order Event provides rewards and node-clearing advantages on Day 4.
Special Features
- Siege Cookies: Up to 10 Cookies may be chosen; resets allowed 3 times.
- Cooking: Buffs gained by cooking; leaders choose first. After 2 hours, all members can select dishes.
- Arena Battles: Enemy Cookies’ HP carries over between fights.
- Enemies: Multiple waves, progress carries over until cleared.
- Bound Guardians: Linked to Guardians—defeating them weakens them.
- Guardians: Award points based on damage dealt.
Cookie Run: Kingdom Version 6.8 Update: QoL Changes and Improvements
- Topping Upgrades: The multi-upgrade limit has increased from 5 to 30 Toppings at once.
- New Resonant Topping Cookies: Citrus Squad Cookies can be equipped with Fuzzy Wuzzy and Seafarer Toppings.
- Super Epic Gacha: Reward for every 45 pulls; 225 pull guarantee remains.
- Special Episode Boss HP: Cap raised beyond 4 billion.
- Costumes in Rainbow Crystal Shop: Wind Archer Cookie’s Resplendent Wind Guardian added. Sea Fairy Cookie’s Rippling Moonlight is discounted until September’s second update.
- Kingdom Tech Changes: Extra Topping Presets, Beascuit Presets, and multi-upgrade tech unlocked earlier.
- English Voice-Over: Missing voices from the SAG-AFTRA strike added back.
- Merchant for a Day Package: Purchase reset.
- Beacon Mini-Pass: Available September 1, with buffs including reduced Beacon of Valor activation cost. Cost differences are refunded via the mailbox after the promotion ends.
