ZeptoLab has announced that their hit title, Cut the Rope, is now officially stepping into the blocky world of Minecraft through a new Add-On, created in partnership with developer Mush Co. This crossover blends two fan-favorites, and the add-ons will be live on the Minecraft Marketplace from December 2.

So, Cut the Rope Add-on is on its way to the Minecraft Marketplace, and it transforms the classic physics-based puzzles into 3D puzzle-solving mini-games crafted for Minecraft Survival. Here, you can jump into these cardboard-style mini-game courses alone or with friends, racing through them to set high scores.
For those wondering what Minecraft Marketplace is all about, it is nothing but an in-game store, where you can buy and download community-created content, like skins, unique maps, texture packs, and more. It is similar to Roblox’s marketplace, and soon you can buy the Cut the Rope Add-on for $5.99.

Moreover, this release also celebrates the game’s 15th anniversary, which also makes me realise that I’ve grown old now. You can unlock over 50 new Om Nom customizations and build with playful Cut the Rope-themed blocks.
That said, I can’t wait to try the mini-games like Chef Nom’s Candy Cauldron Cooking Challenge and Magic Spider’s Siege Defense with my small Minecraft friend group. And, this is not the first for Minecraft, as they’ve previously introduced Avatar Legends DLC, Angry Birds DLC, Ice Age DLC, and more.
Mike Bozza, Founder of Mush Co., also stated that the team’s goal was to “blend the curious personality players love about Om Nom into the entire survival experience like never seen before in Minecraft.” And Efim Voinov, ZeptoLab’s CEO and Co-Founder, said they hope to introduce Cut the Rope to new audiences “in exciting interactive formats.”
