Construct buildings and improve your central lighthouse to repel the Smog and unlock more space
So, the turn-based strategy title, Dawnmaker, which blends city-building and deck-building style elements, has arrived on mobile, though in beta. Set in the continent of Heksiga, which is covered in a toxic Smog, your goal is to build vibrant cities that bring back life and light back into the land.

This one quickly gave me a Dorfromantik vibe, which is another beloved strategy puzzle title. Gameplay-wise, you can unlock powerful cards as your city progresses, and I’m genuinely curious to see how our cards and buildings interact in different ways based on our combinations each run.
Moreover, as you progress, the limited space makes the game more challenging, and improving your lighthouse becomes the key to repelling the Smog. I also like how we can still grow farms, build industries, advance science, and eventually create the rare Eclairium resources within the tight space. So, if you’re ready for a board game-like experience, this is it.
Dawnmaker’s beta test is live on both Android and iOS, so check your emails for the invitation and download instructions. And, you can also pre-register for the game via the Google Play Store or App Store. We can expect it to launch on December 18 for $8.99, as per the App Store listing.
