Dragon Sword (Project D) is an upcoming open-world RPG scheduled to release on Mobile and PC

Get ready to explore the magical world in a universe very similar to Genshin Impact!

South Korean game developer Hound 13 has announced a new open-world RPG game Dragon Sword (Project D) scheduled for a Mobile and PC release. The game after analysis of the trailer released by the developers looks very similar to another great hit title Genshin Impact.

The game will be based on Unreal Engine 5 for mobile and PC

Hound 13 may not be a very famous name yet but it was founded by former employees of Eyedentity Games, the same developers who released the hit PC MMORPG Dragon Nest. Hound 13 did release the action RPG Hundred Soul for mobile platforms.

The developers did release a short trailer to give the players a short idea of what to expect and what the game would look like. The game does look like Genshin Impact from many aspects, however, this game offers great in-detail features by the looks of the trailer.

The developers did provide a detailed explanation of what the game’s plot would look like and what it will offer. The developers on the game’s website further quoted, “Dragon Sword aims for manual action play with a sense of hitting along with in-depth scenarios and is being developed into a semi-open world structure based on fields and various interactions.

Based on the cute character visual concept that can be communicated at home and abroad, the goal is to implement a bright, light, yet immersive action. It aims to provide cross-platform services that simultaneously support PC/mobile using Unreal Engine.

In 2021, The developers did receive investments from the gaming giant Garena which could pay big dividends to them if Dragon Sword (Project D) Mobile and PC release tends to be a successful one.
