- A player trading feature might come in the December update of eFootball 2025,
- A visualized concept was also shared where players could exchange three Epic player cards for a trade ticket.
- Previously, a Player Exchange system was also shared but that hasn't arrived to the game yet.
Ever thought of not getting the Epics you wanted and worried about never getting one? Well, that might change anytime soon. In what seems to be a game-breaking feature, KONAMI might be introducing a Player Trading feature in eFootball according to the recent leaks that have surfaced.
The player trading feature might come in the December update of eFootball 2025
This concept was shared by Renan Galvani on X. He mentioned that the “trade” system will arrive in update 4.2.0 on December 12th, 2024. Again, let me confirm, that this update date isn’t official as well. Speaking about this feature, imagine being able to trade out your existing players for a shot at acquiring someone new and exciting, especially Epic and Big Time cards.
There was also a ticket for the trading feature added, which looks like the standard player ticket, but in gold. A visualized concept was also shared where you could exchange three Epic player cards for a trade ticket, which would then unlock a selection of potential signings, possibly handpicked by KONAMI. Since Double Boosters are the best picks now, I think at max they will allow trades till single booster cards.
Earlier this year, eFootball 2024 leaks suggested a feature that got the community talking: a Player Exchange system. This feature was anticipated to allow players to trade player cards directly between two accounts, opening up the possibility for users to exchange their unused or duplicate players with others.
Well, that is still yet to be confirmed, so the possibility of this trading feature might not be arriving anytime soon. We’ll wait till December, just like the leaks have suggested to get a clear picture.
If you ask me? Would I want a player trading feature in eFootball 2025? I am hungry for some endgame epic cards, so definitely if the option is there, I would go for it eyes closed. This is a game-changer for those looking to keep their lineups fresh. But this must be implemented correctly to not go overboard. Here’s hoping KONAMI makes the right decision.
