Fate Trigger: The Novita is an upcoming tactical shooter battle royale from Tencent subsidiary Saroasis Studios. The game is scheduled to be released in 2025 on mobile platforms including Android, and iOS. Besides, it will also come to other platforms like PS5, Xbox, PC, and Epic Games Store with cross-platform support.
Fate Trigger: The Novita announced a closed alpha test, starting September 25, 2024.
Fate Trigger: The Novita features battle royale elements with anime-style graphics
Fate Trigger: The Novita is a tactical shooting game with anime-style graphics. You will fight in groups or solo to uncover the deep-seated secrets of a new floating world. The goal is to survive till the last to become the ultimate winner. In other words, the game will feature a true battle royale experience.
There will be diverse sets of heroes, each with unique skills, abilities, and animations. Skills include massive firepower, faster-moving, or invisibility during a match. Based on the hero you choose, the skills will be different. Other features like respawn, quick transfer, custom weaponry, etc. will be also present in the game.
Besides, the game also offers portals, gliders, hover cars, and even mysterious updrafts between islands to explore and navigate. The graphics of the game, from what I saw in the trailer, are going to play crucial roles in uplifting it.
PC exclusive closed alpha test to start on September 2024
Powered by Unreal Engine 5, this fast-paced shooter will conduct an alpha test on PC via Steam. The test will begin on the 25th of September 2024. So far, a total of 7 heroes and 5 maps are being showcased on the title’s official website. To join the Steam-exclusive Closed Alpha Test, you need to go to the official Steam page and click on Request Access.
“Our team at Saroasis Studios has put in a ton of energy, effort, and love to create an exhilarating free-to-play experience for all players to enjoy,” said Jia Heng, creative director at Saroasis.
As the upcoming title is already generating a good vibe by revealing the heroes, weapons, maps, and a trailer, we’ll be looking at the feedback from the alpha test. Hopefully, the title will mark up a distinct place in our choice list.
