Garena International I has announced an exciting collaboration of their popular battle royale title, Free Fire with the massively popular anime series, Jujutsu Kaisen. Now live until February 13, the Jujutsu Awakening event features the game’s version of Jujutsu High School, original character bundles, Jujutsu techniques, and more.
Free Fire x Jujutsu Kaisen collab introduces fan-favorite Jujutsu techniques
I never thought I would say this but when it comes to collabs, Free Fire really outshines most other titles. Now with collab, you can gather Cursed Energy across a reimagined Free Fire world and use it to unlock powerful Jujutsu abilities. Plus, you also get to explore the game’s version of Jujutsu High School.

One of the best part of this event are the five signature Jujutsu techniques, letting you unleash Yuji Itadori’s Divergent Fist, Satoru Gojo’s Unlimited Void and Hollow Purple, Ryomen Sukuna’s Malevolent Shrine, and the Ember Insects. You can unlock them via token collection and event progression to use in Battle Royale and Clash Squad modes.
Get ready to harness Cursed Energy weapons and Domain Expansions in Free Fire
In BR, a new Cursed Energy Collecting system lets you gain power by defeating enemies, looting the map, or using the vending machines like Fortnite. You can then use the energy to upgrade Hammers or activate Jujutsu skills. And with, Special Jujutsu-enhanced Revival Points, you can return to battle faster.

And in Clash Squad, you can buy Cursed Energy Weapons and Jujutsu each round. I guess JJK fans will have the time of their life with Unlimited Void Domain Expansion and Malevolent Shrine Domain Expansion, available via Cyber Airdrops. Plus, some weapons also receive JJK-inspired visual designs.
Oh, and after capturing a Cyber Drop, you can also opt to buy a Level 3 Hammer, which is a cursed tool, to enjoy close-range supernatural duels just like your favorites did in JJK.
Play as your favorite JJK characters while exploring the reimagined Jujutsu High School
Like the previous collabs, you’re getting various character bundles, weapon skins, and exclusive rewards. And I guess I should come back to FF because we’ll literally get to play as Itadori, Megumi, Nobara, Gojo, and even Sukuna, all featuring anime voiceovers and cinematic animations.

What’s more interesting is how each bundle highlights unique character traits, including Sukuna’s distinct visual forms offered as two bundles. Not only characters, but you can also weild Cursed Energy-inspired ones, like Groza – Yuji Itadori, in addition to collectibles like JJK-themed Gloo Wall, vehicle skin, backpacks, and expressive emotes.
The collab features reimagined Jujutsu High School, free rewards, and more
And, I also feel one of the main highlight is the game’s most ambitious peak reskin yet that transforms part of the map into a FF version of Jujutsu High School. As a long-time fan of JJK, I can’t wait to explore the new area, filled with anime-inspired details and stunning visuals.
Like the previous few collabs of Free Fire with BLUELOCK, Demon Slayer, One Punch Man, and Devil May Cry 5, I’m also looking forward to this one, and I’m sure everybody will love it too. Even leaving everything aside, you’re still getting a ton of free rewards like Yuji Itadori Bundle, a JJK Battle Card, Nanami’s Glasses, JJK Monster Truck, and more.
