Taking on the role of Senior Vice President and Head of World Building and IP Strategy, Amancio, an industry veteran, is set to play a pivotal part in FunPlus’ endeavors to advance its cross-platform game strategy and accomplish its IP development objectives in the forthcoming years.

Alexandre Amancio, an accomplished leader, and entrepreneur in the video game industry, is renowned for his contributions to numerous successful AAA titles. Bringing with him over two decades of experience in various gaming-related fields and creative endeavors, he has recently become a part of FunPlus. Currently residing in Portugal, he assumes a transversal position and works closely with FunPlus’ game development teams spanning across Europe and Asia.
Alex’s experience and knowledge of working on AAA IP and within a number of highly-regarded creative enterprises is perfectly aligned with FunPlus’ ambitions for the future. FunPlus has ambitions to become one of the biggest entertainment companies in the world, with IP at the heart of that goal. Alex’s role in leading our world-building and content strategy is key to our future success and we’re delighted to have him on board.

In the role of Founder and Chief Creative Officer at Reflector Entertainment, Alex spearheaded the development of the studio’s inaugural cross-media project.
