With the release of version 2.8 of Genshin Impact recently, HoYoverse announced bringing back their Tiktok Video Shorts Event with the name Partner Program on TikTok. Earlier, around April of this year, Genshin Impact had conducted this Tiktok Shorts event in version 2.6 of the game. Now, Genshin Impact is back with the Tiktok Video Shorts Event and with a new featured hashtag – #FilmTeyvatIslands. Players need to post their works and earn points and win Primogems in return.
What is Genshin Impact 2.8 TikTok Partner Program
The Genshin Impact Partner Program on TikTok is sponsored by COGNOSPHERE PTE.LTD As per sources, The event has already started on the 16th of July at 0:00.01 (UTC+8) and it will end on the 22nd of July at 23:59:59(UTC+8). Players need to post their submissions within the mentioned deadline.
The contest is available only to legal residents of some selected countries and players need to have a Valid User Account of Genshin Impact along with a Valid Individual User Account of TikTok. The judging phase will start as soon as the submission period ends. The date of judging phase will start from 23rd of July at 0:00:01 (UTC+8) and it will end on 10th of August at 23:59:59( UTC+8).

Format Requirements
The submissions should be in the format of VIDEOS, tagged with #FilmTeyvatIslands, and must be applicable to TikTok
Content Requirements
The entries or the submissions must have reference to Genshin Impact and portray the scenery and the story during the adventure in Teyvat. The submissions can include original derivative works based on characters, sceneries, and storylines or screen recordings of the gameplay.
The entries should not contain any illicit, defamatory, pornographic, or morally abusive content as determined by the sponsor in its sole discretion. The sponsor reserves the right of disqualifying any of the above-mentioned content. The submissions should not contain any previously published art or any third-party copyrighted materials.
Limitations
Entrants participating in the event can use only one TikTok account and that has to be their personal user account. Entries received from any TikTok account more than the stated limit will be void and will be disqualified. Uploading a submission or any entry shall mean that the entrant is giving his/her consent to give the sponsor a royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable, and non-exclusive license to use. Sponsors will not be responsible for any lost, late, stolen, damaged, and incomplete entry and all of that stands void.
Winner Determination
The Contest will provide its players with three kinds of awards after the judging phase. The First award will be Most Liked Videos. The sponsors will rank the likes of each entry and select the top 200. Top 1-30 will get 4000 Primogems as a reward. The top 31- 100 will get 2400 Primogems and the Top 101-200 will get 1200 Primogems as a reward. The Second award will be Most Viewed Videos.
The sponsors will rank the views of each entry and select the top 200. Top 1-30 will get 5000 Primogems as a reward. The top 31-100 will get 3200 Primogems and the Top 101-200 will get 1600 Primogems as a reward. The last award will be Best Overall Videos. The sponsors will rank the accumulated number of overall likes, comments, collections, and views and select the best 100 winners. Top 1-20 will get 5000 Primogems plus TikTok Traffic Boost( approx. market value: $80). Top 21-50 will get 3200 Primogems plus TikTok Traffic Boost( approx. market value: $50) and the Top 51-100 will get 1600 Primogems plus TikTok Traffic Boost( approx. market value:$25).
Final Thoughts
The approximate market value of the prizes is determined by the Sponsors based on good faith and market price. Also, it is to be noted that, prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted with other items of equivalent by winners.
