Growtopia holds UbiWeek crossover event featuring the best titles from Ubisoft

Ezio, Sam Fisher, and more coming to Growtopia this month!

Ubisoft’s Growtopia is getting a major week-long event later this month titled UbiWeek, and it will consist of seven days of crossovers with hit Ubisoft franchises like Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry III: Blood Dragon, Brawlhalla, Rabbids, and more. Before we get into the details, here’s a little primer on Growtopia for those of you who are yet to succumb to its charms.

Growtopia is a cute 2D sandbox MMO that emphasizes creativity and personalization over all else. That’s why the game’s slogan is Be Anyone & Create Anything. Its gameplay involves taking on quests, growing items from seeds, and visiting other players’ unique, procedurally generated worlds.

Growtopia Ubiweek pays homage to the seven best titles from Ubisoft

The full list of games taking part in the Growtopia UbiWeek event includes Assassin’s Creed, Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell, Rabbids, Prince of Persia, Immortals Fenyx Rising, Brawlhalla, and Far Cry III: Blood Dragon. Characters, items, and features of these games will variously appear during the course of the week.

That means you’ll have a chance to play as Ezio for 24 hours, walking, jumping, and falling just like the dashing renaissance assassin while wearing his distinctive cowl.  For Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell event, you will have the chance to fully transform your character into everyone’s favorite elite field operative, Sam Fisher. With this iconic outfit, you’ll be the sneakiest agent in all of Growtopia.

During the Rabbids event, meanwhile, you’ll have a Rabbid riding on your back, waving a plunger around and throwing plungers at your enemies. And who doesn’t want that? The Immortals Fenyx Rising event will see you equipped with the Wings of Daidalos – and the Far Cry III: Blood Dragon event will even give you a Blood Dragon as a pet. In case you’ve forgotten, a Blood Dragon can fire lasers out of its eyes.

For Brawhalla, players can transform into Bödvar, who has specific animations for equipping, moving, and punching which, in keeping with Brawlhalla’s fighting style, can be utilized when falling or jumping. The same is true for transforming into Val, who has two silver and dark blue gauntlets generated upon equipping.

The Prince of Persia Weather Machine renders the background to mimic the environment of Sands of Time. There are also plenty of Block Items that add to the look and feel of this unique aesthetic, which includes Cave Columns, Granite Columns, Death Spikes, Cave Torches, Pyramid Spikes, Palace Platforms, Diamond Castle Turrets, and more.
