Halfbrick Studios’ action platformer Dan The Man 2 development delayed

The animated series also moving at slower pace

Halfbrick Studios has confirmed via an announcement that the development of the upcoming action platformer Dan The Man 2 has been delayed alongside the third season of the original animated series of the same name.

Dan The Man 2 will serve as a sequel to Dan The Man, an action platformer with over 50 million downloads on Android alone. Renowned for its captivating “beat up a horde” cooperative gameplay, the game boasts a plethora of levels, multiplayer options, and an endless survival mode, making it a favorite among mobile players. With its sequel, the game aims to replicate the same popularity and excitement.

Last year in October, the official development regarding the game was confirmed by Halfbrick Studios who announced that they are working on Dan The Man 2. The exclusive first look of the game that was released earlier this year also gave a good sneak peek of what’s on offer, which appears that the game has retained the core gameplay elements of its prequel while placing a greater emphasis on art and visual aesthetics.

Although announced nearly a year ago, the development seems to be progressing slowly, as confirmed by the recent post. However, from the post, it is indicated that they are striving to bring out the best in both the game itself and the third season of the accompanying animated series so that will leave a lasting impression on players and viewers.

When will Dan The Man 2 be released globally

As of now, Halfbrick Studios has not disclosed the release date of Dan the Man 2. But we are pretty sure that similar to its prequel available on iOS and Android, the game will get a launch on both these platforms. For further info, keep an eye on their announcements, especially regarding the release schedule.
