We all remember the classic Endless Runner action title Jetpack Joyride from the Australian video game developer Halfbrick Studios. While the title was failing somehow to keep the interest of side-scrollers, the studio has brought the classic feeling to the hands of the fans. Jetpack Joyride Classic got a release on the 17th of October 2023, aiming to bring back the classic gameplay and cherish the memory of its fans. The title was first released in 2011 on iOS devices, followed by Android a year later.
A sequel of the game, Jetpack Joyride 2, was also out in 2022. There is no major change in the gameplay or so. The latest title is all about providing the classic experience to the gamers who missed the retro feeling and wanted to get a raw and generic experience.

Struggling gramophone salesman Barry breaks into a secret laboratory and commandeers experimental jetpacks. Now, that the mad scientists are behind him, he straps a bullet-powered jetpack and uses it to get out of the lab. So far, the story is it and the latest title didn’t bother to change anything but rather make it more simple and easy to play and get the ultimate classic experience.
The gameplay experience will be much better and more interesting as it won’t have any ads or in-app purchases. As you progress through the game, you’ll be able to unlock the coolest jetpacks. Besides, the music will be also a comfort to hear as the iconic Jetpack Joyride soundtrack will continue to ring its rhythm as you set high scores.

You’ll need to overcome obstacles like lasers, zappers, and guided missiles to progress more. Along the way, the game will bring ridiculous outfits through some challenges as well. Along with the classic feeling, the game is currently featuring a Halloween event.
Berry will try on some new costumes and earn exclusive rewards from this event. The game is free to play but requires a Halfbrick+ account to enter.
