The Clash of Clans Legend League meta is constantly changing, especially after balance updates and new defensive setups become popular among top players. This becomes even more interesting when we bring data into play. Looking at how the meta is shaped is a good way of building your attack and defensive patterns, too.
A recent Reddit post from u/m10k_10km caught my attention because of how well the data was presented, and it felt too interesting not to share with more players heading into June 2026. I will try to sum up their observations in this space, as noticed in Legend League II, especially regarding Guardians, Crafted Defenses, and current defensive trends in the Clash of Clans Legend League for June 2026.
Discussing the Legend League meta in Clash of Clans for June 2026
The data was collected from 119 attack logs between April 27 and May 24, 2026, in Legend League II.
Guardian meta in Legend League
Longshot is currently dominating the Guardian meta with a massive 78.2% usage rate. Logger sits at 19.3% usage, and it is second for sure, but still far away from being the people’s favorite. However, compared to the previous month, there are some interesting data.
The user identifies the Longshot as the falling pick because of the decline it has seen since April. Whereas Logger, which wasn’t even under consideration among the players, got a nice raise. Smasher only appears at 2.5%, making it the least-used Guardian setup in the current meta, with a 0.5% decrease as well.

Crafted Defenses meta in Legend League
The Lava Launcher completely dominates the crafted defense meta with 79.0% usage. Looking at the chart, we can see that most players still trust it as the strongest all-around defensive option for Legend League bases.
Air Bombs climbed to 11.8% usage and ended up becoming one of the biggest rising picks compared to April. The user found that more players are starting to value anti-air pressure, especially against popular air-heavy attacks in the Legend League.
Roaster sits at 7.6% usage after seeing a slight decline, while the Crafting Station barely appears at 1.7%. However, with Lava Launcher nerfs and Air Bomb plus Roaster buffs with the recent balance changes, this defensive meta could look very different in the next cycle.
Multi Gear Tower meta in Legend League
Long Range Mode now leads the Multi Gear Tower meta with 61.3% usage. From the data, we can see that players are moving toward wider defensive coverage with a 18% raise in usage compared to last month’s data. Fast Attack Mode dropped to 38.7% usage. Expecting this to dip even further.

Spell Tower meta in Legend League
Double Rage Spell Towers continue to dominate the meta with 77.3% usage. Looking at the chart, it is clear that Rage remains the preferred choice for maximizing defensive damage output.
The Rage + Poison combination sits at 11.8%, while Double Poison accounts for 5.9%. Every other setup, including Earthquake and Invisibility combinations, remains below 3%.
Best bases for the Legend League
There are some excellent bases too, where player usage was also mentioned. While the first base in the frame was used by 6, that is 5% of the Legend players, the other two had a total of six.
