Honkai Star Rail, the most anticipated RPG of the year from HoYoverse officially arrived today and is now available on PC, Epic Games Store, iOS, and Android devices. Things were supposed to be going on smoothly, however, things didn’t go that way many players have been experiencing login errors in Honkai Star Rail on the day of release, and this doesn’t seem very pleasant.

Upon release, many players complained that they were receiving a “Login error occurred. Please try again later. Error code: 1001_2” message upon starting the game.
Many gamers claimed to have tried numerous tricks to get rid of the message, be it restarting the game, rebooting their devices, or even going to lengths by changing their email address thinking that might be the problem, but nothing has worked for them and the error persists.
A possible solution to fix the login error issue in Honkai Star Rail
Even though you tried numerous rebooting doesn’t fix this, because this isn’t the issue because of your phone or internet connection. But in fact, this might be due to the reason that you have adblockers or private VPNs installed.
So, the first and possible solution that is currently working is to turn off your VPN. Next, turn off your DNS AdGuard, custom DNS, or any ad blocker that you might have installed on your device. In addition, you can try out switching WiFi with your mobile network data, so that you can check what server the game is connected to.
The reason behind this is apps tend to block third-party plugins, and if you have it installed, the app will not run full-fledged. The announcement concerned the error from the developers hasn’t been out yet, so players patiently wait for the official solution.
