HoYoverse is gearing up to release Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.7 update, titled As Tomorrow Became
Yesterday, on November 5, 2025. This update will mark the climactic finale of the Amphoreus Saga, debuting a new 5-star character, permanent game mode, time-limited event, and more for Trailblazers.
Main Story Progression: As Tomorrow Became Yesterday
Throughout the Amphoreous saga, the Astral Express trio gained Titan Coreflames, unlocking new powers while becoming deeply tied to Amphoreous’s destiny. They now team up with the Crysos Heirs to confront Irontomb, the biggest foe to time itself, whose power surpasses anything they’ve faced before.
However, the danger goes beyond Destruction and Erudition, as the forces of Remembrance stir in the shadows. With the cosmos at the brink, every hero’s action will matter now. Through your courage and the wisdom of geniuses, a Cosmic Alliance now begins to take shape.
In this update, you can experience the showdown, set in the Ruins of Time. If you don’t know, Phainon once poured all his strength into sealing the Irontomb. In the new Trailblaze Mission, you’ve to break the three remaining seals to end Irontomb once and for all.
New Playable Character in HSR Version 3.7
Cyrene
Cyrene, a 5-Star Ice-Type unit on the Path of the Remembrance, is finally arriving as a playable character in Version 3.7. She has appeared throughout the Amphoreous journey in various forms, and she can increase all allies’ DMG.
Moreover, with her skills, you can create a Zone that triggers extra true DMG whenever allies attack. Moreover, your allies’ action stacks Recollection for you, and when it is fully stacked, you can activate her Ultimate for maximum impact.
Even better, her Ultimate instantly activates every ally’s ultimates and makes her Zone permanent. You also summon her memosprite form that can either buff allies or damage enemies. And if you target a Chrysos Heir character in this form, you gain an exclusive special effect.
New Permanent Game Mode: Currency Wars
You can also look forward to Currency Wars, which is a large-scale gameplay mode for 10-character teams, coming with this update. Here, you can form a team of up to 10 characters, split between on-field and off-field roles. Plus, by matching the same combat type and factions, you can trigger special Bond
effects.
This mode will launch with 61 characters available for free trial, and includes regular challenges and a reward system similar to Divergent Universe. The devs also promise to introduce new challenges and growth experiences via future updates.
New Events and Systems
This update also brings playful new events, such as Snack Dash, where you can compete in obstacle-filled races and creative challenges. Here, Madam Ruan Mei‘s adorable creations race to the finish line for higher rankings.
Besides that, the game will soon add the Trailblaze Fashion system. Thanks to this, by completing Main Missions, you can unlock the limited headwear Deliverer’s Wreath for free.
