No matter who, at one point in time everyone wants to step up and manage an esports team in their life. We’ve had manager simulation games for a lot of other sports but a manager simulation game for League of Legends esports was announced for the first in 2019 and due to the pandemic the release of the game had faced a long delay. Now, Tencent has announced that the League of Legends Esports Manager will be having an open beta test in China this July, before the final launch.

Lead and manage your team to victory in League of Legends Esports Manager

League of Legends Esports Manager is an Esports simulation strategic mobile game where players become managers and lead a team to victory. All the 17 League of Legends teams are available in the game, with features like team building, player development, real-time battles, strategy making, team fight operations, etc. The game was first announced by Riot Games in 2019 at the 10th-anniversary ceremony of League of Legends.

According to Riot, the League of Legends Esports Manager will give players the complete experience of what it takes to manage and run an Esports team. On the other hand, the revenue this game creates will be funneled back to LPL teams and will also be reinvested in building the Esports ecosystem.

Tencent and Riot Games to publish the game in China and overseas

In September last year, the first look into League of Legends Esports Manager was released. Since then fans have been eagerly waiting to get their hands on the game and start managing their teams. Now, Tencent will publish the game in China and Riot Games will focus on the overseas market.

According to Tencent, the League of Legends Esports Manager will conduct open beta tests in China this July. This is to get necessary feedback and make critical improvements to the game before the final launch. Although there has been no information about the release date of the game, it is safe to assume that it might be in 2022 considering that the game has reached open beta test levels.
