Since the announcement during the Riot’s 10th anniversary, fans have been eagerly waiting for League of Legends Wild Rift. A few weeks ago when the official YouTube channel gave an update about the development, the fans had no idea when they can expect the Wild Rift release except that the game will release in 2020. However, the latest information is hinting that the League of Legends Wild Rift will be released in the 2nd half of 2020 with an early access before that.

When League of Legends Wild Rift will release?

Although the English website of Wild Rift is yet to update the information, the Korean and Taiwan website has already updated their website about the release. And it clearly mentions that Wild Rift will release in the 2nd half of 2020.

Wild Rift Early Access may start before the global release

While the community is heating up with the Wild Rift release news, today another big news came up! It is about the League of Legends Wild Rift early access. Although we were unable to figure out if this was a bug or something, Android users were getting the option to register to become a beta tester to see Wild Rift as early access. However, later Wild Rift community Manager Ben Forbes cleared out the confusion. He mentioned that the team is currently laying the foundation on Google Play. For ios, there are still no clue.

Not only this one, on the recent release of Legends of Runeterra, the official Wild Rift Latam account hinted this to make the early access rumor even strong. The English translation of the tweet says, “Save room on the cell phone for us, right?”

So, the Android users will surely have beta access before the game goes global. However, it is unlikely to happen in the first half of 2020.

What is the system requirements for Wild Rift?

The official websites states that the Android device must have atleast 1 GB of RAM, Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor, and Adreno 306 GPU. For iOS, the game will run smoothly on iPhone 5s and later.
