Lord of the Rings: Heroes of Middle-earth introduces Legolas, Gimli and Gandalf in its latest update

Lord of the Rings: Heroes of Middle-earth, an epic mobile RPG, will feature three members of The Fellowship of the Ring – Legolas, Gimli, and Gandalf as playable characters in the July 2023 update, as announced by Electronic Arts and Capital Games. Soon, players will be able to control two of these new characters: Gimli, a tenacious brawler who can take a beating and return it in kind, and Legolas, a talented archer, and the game’s strongest attacker.

Gamers will also get their first peek at Gandalf, the strong and benevolent grey Wizard, who is a crucial member of The Fellowship. In order to get ready for the upcoming Mines of Moria raid, players will have the ability to summon the Fellowship in battle all during the month of July.

Adventurers can gather keys by completing in-game quests and prepare for battle with their strongest collection of characters

Eight of the original nine Fellowship members that departed from Rivendell on a mission to destroy the One Ring are accounted for by the appearance of these Heroes. The three will combine to create one of the game’s most powerful allied squads.

Legolas makes flawless use of both his bow and his companions. Their synergies with Gimli lead to stronger assaults, as well as a unique in-game cinematic when they carry off a devastating Team-Up Attack. The three are strengthened by Gandalf’s presence in battle through his unique attacking and defensive techniques.

Teams wishing to take part in the upcoming Mines of Moria Raid, open to all players who are members of a guild, to unlock Gandalf the Grey, have plenty of power thanks to Gimli and Legolas. Adventurers can gain keys by completing in-game tasks with their guildmates and assembling their most powerful cast of heroes to prepare for combat.
