Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Esports is ready to start rolling in 2024. So, the announcement of MPL MY Season 13 just came across revealing the details about its schedule, format, teams, prize pool, etc. From the 29th of March 2024, the event will kick off with 10 participant teams. With a large prize pool and a new esports roadmap for Malaysia, the esports event is going to host the best MLBB esports teams.
MPL-MY Season 13: Schedule and Format
The regular season of the event is going to kick off on the 29th of March 2024. There will be six weeks of regular season play and then the teams will advance to the Playoffs stage where the ultimate champion will be determined. The regular season will end on the 12th of May and Playoffs will begin on the 30th of the same month. The event will conclude on the 2nd of June 2024.

The Season 13 Regular Season will see each of the ten teams play a Best-Of-Three (BO3) match against every other opponent in the league in a single round-robin format. The top eight teams after the regular season will be placed in the direct slot for season 14.
Stadium MBSJ Serdang Jaya will serve as the home of MPL Malaysia for both seasons 13 and 14, which can accommodate up to 1,000 audience members. The number is more than twice that of Season 12, with the Dewan Sri Putra at Bukit Jalil able to host up to 600.
Participating Teams
The event will feature a total of 10 participant teams fighting for Malaysian pride. Teams of both the season 13 and 14 are announced. However, there are some qualification processes to elevate to the 14th season. The teams that are going to be featured in the MPL MY Season 13 are as follows.

Prize Pool
The event will give ~MYR 468,000 (USD 100,000) as the prize pool but the higher stake is that the champion team will earn a direct qualification to the MLBB Mid Season Cup (MSC) held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The runner-up will qualify for the Wildcard stage. Here’s a breakdown of the prize pool.
