Need For Speed Mobile is now available as early access in Australia for Android and iOS

It is time for speed!

Need For Speed Mobile, after a long wait, is finally gearing up to open its intense racing experience on mobile to the world, starting from the availability of the game as early access in Australia for Android and iOS devices.

Experience an adrenaline-rushing mobile racing experience in Need For Speed Mobile

With its Open World setting, players will have the opportunity to explore a vast 10 km x 10 km map, which also comes with the challenges of navigating diverse race tracks and confronting dynamic weather conditions in Need for Speed Mobile. Players will have the opportunity to choose from a stunning lineup of over 30 officially licensed cars.

While these come from the world’s most coveted car manufacturers, customization is key. This is achieved by players having control over their car’s appearance and performance. The game provides a wide range of hubs, tires, paint, and wrap options, allowing players to choose their favorite colors or create custom designs to make their cars stand out on the race tracks.

The gameplay also comes with supply crates for mission points, which takes the open-world experience a notch higher. The multiplayer option is another exciting mode, which also comes along with online events. Social connectivity is given a boost thanks to the voice chat feature. With all these features covered, the racing experience is going to be more intense.

How to download and play Need For Speed Mobile

Currently available for players in Australia, Android players can download and play via the Google Play Store. Players not from the region can connect to Australia VPN and can get the Install option for their devices from the store page. iOS players can get the can game through TestFlight, which they can access the link and join here.

Since the tests are conducted in closed beta, it is to note that once the game reaches its maximum player capacity, new sign-ins will no longer be permitted. These tests might be full given the region restriction, but players can try and get access if possible, so better be signed in as soon as you enter the game.

Scheduled for a limited-time playtest, it will open on July 13, 2023, at 00:00:01 (UTC+0) and will continue for 7 days until July 19, 2023, at 13:59:59 (UTC+0). Do note that all account data will be erased after the closed beta test ends.

System Requirements to Play Need for Speed Mobile

For this testing period, it is recommended to ensure that the device being used has more than 6GB of RAM available on both Android and iOS.

For Android

  • Processor: Snapdragon 845, Kirin 820, Dimensity 1000L, or a superior processor
  • Ram Requirements: 6GB of RAM and above
  • OS Version: Android 9 or a newer version

For iOS

  • Model: iPhone Xs or a more advanced model
  • OS Version: iOS 13 or a newer version

Given the game is an open-world experience with high graphics, it is suggested to have these as the minimal configurations for your respective devices, else it would be difficult to have a smooth experience. For now, the release date is still unknown given the game is still in continuous development and optimization.
