Hit-Point has announced the launch of their new cat-collecting simulation title, Neko Atsume 2: Kitty Collector, now available on Android and iOS. It is a sequel to the popular pet care simulation title, Neko Atsume, and the developers announced its upcoming launch in a tweet at the beginning of this year.
Encounter new cats as you venture out in Neko Atsume 2
Neko Atsume 2, similar to its predecessor is a casual cat-collecting simulation title featuring over 40 different varieties of cats, including white, black, tabby, calico, and more. This sequel introduces more features, allowing you to not only watch cats playing with toys but also enhance your Neko Atsume experience in new ways.
In this sequel, you can visit other players’ yards or invite them to yours, like Hay Day from Supercell, and you may get the opportunity to meet new cats during your outings. You can also get help from the cats to make your cat-collecting life more comfortable. The game now features support cats called Helpers that you can invite to assist you, as well as a special cat that could become your ideal Myneko.
Enjoy a similar Neko Atsume experience but with enhanced features
The gameplay for this title is the same as its predecessor, making your cat-collecting journey easier with easy controls. I like the simple procedure that this game follows, for instance, step one is to place playthings and snacks in your yard and in step two you just have to wait for cats to visit your yard.
It is a fun casual game filled with cute cats, where you can attract them with food and then watch them play with your toys. According to the game’s description, rare cats are rumored to roam the neighborhood as well, but the catch is that you will need specific items to attract those elusive cats.
There is also a cute notebook in the game called the Catbook, where each feline visitor is recorded. I am excited to fill the Catbook with all the cute cats available in the game.
