- IDOLY PRIDE is an idol management RPG that brings an original storyline separate from the anime.
- Refunds will be available until May for unused paid items purchased between March 25, 2025 and March 25, 2026.
NEOWIZ has announced to shutdown its beloved idol management RPG, IDOLY PRIDE scheduled for April 26, 2026 on both Korean and Global servers. The game first released in South Korea back in 2021, and later expanded globally in 2023 after its official announcement that same year.
IDOLY PRIDE prepares for a goodbye as shutdown date nears
IDOLY PRIDE is an idol management RPG that tells a new original story separate from the anime. You play as a manager of Hoshimi Productions, where you choose and train your idols your own way. From forming groups to managing their daily lives and stage performances, there’s a lot you can do.

Unfortunately, the IDOLY PRIDE Team announced via their Discord server that the game would shutdown on April 26, stating “Despite our shortcomings in operations, the generous support and encouragement from our Managers made it a truly happy and grateful time for us.“
Enjoy the final moments with rewards, refunds, and more
Following the announcement, all paid purchases have been disabled, though you can still download and play the game until EOS. Additionally, to thank fans, the devs are offering daily login rewards, various pose distributions, and special castings featuring unreleased cards until EOS.
I’ve honestly lost count of how many EOS coverage I did just this week, and it never gets easier as it’s sad as a gamer. And fans seem just as emotional, with one saying, “The devs definitely had passion for this,” and another explaining how “it was good for it’s niche.” Well, fans will at least get refunds for any unused cash-purchased products brought since March 2025.
