Every year Netflix organizes Geeked Week, an event that resembles a ComicCon where cast members give leaks and teases of current and upcoming shows and movies. And now, Netflix has announced the schedule for Geeked Weekend 2022.
Netflix Geeked Week 2022 to give a glimpse of Netflix’s highly anticipated titles
Netflix Geeked Week is something that fans eagerly wait for every year as they get insider scoops about their favorite TV shows or series that they have been actively following for a long time now. And this year’s Geeked Week is filled with stars and incredibly famous shows such as Stranger Things, The Gray Man, and much more.
Netflix Geeked Week 2022 will start on June 6th and end on June 10th, each day of the event is specifically dedicated to a particular category to showcase Netflix’s highly anticipated titles across various genres including movies, TV series, games, and much more. This year Stranger Things will stand out with a whole day event as it prepares for the most longest and ambitious season in the franchise.
Netflix Geeked Week 2022 has something for its entire fanbase
Netflix starts its Geeked Week 2022 on June 6th with the new season of mind-boggling series like the Umbrella Academy, including the adaptation of the anime One Piece, with Russo Brother’s action-packed movie The Gray Man releasing the next day on June 7th.
June 8th is dedicated to all things animation, the day will feature unreal and futuristic series like Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, a 10-episode series set in the Cyberpunk 2077 universe. Alongside the day will also feature Love, Death & Robots. It is also believed that the highly anticipated Arcane 2 will be teased on the same day.
June 9th will be completely celebrated as the Strangers Things day while June 10th will be the day for games and is hence termed as the Cuphead Show which will feature Sonic Prime, Tekken: Bloodline, and DOTA: Dragon’s Blood. Netflix has also claimed that they will reveal 10 plus Netflix games and one of which is based on the iconic series Money Heist. This is all for the schedule, and since this year’s Geeked Weekend is virtual, fans will be able to watch all the events on Netflix’s official Youtube channel.
