Netmarble, the popular studio, famous for titles like Seven Knights, Marvel Future Fight, Tower of God, The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross, and many more, has announced its plans for releasing three new games at this year’s G-STAR as reported by Inven. The studio revealed its plan as part of the Q&A session held between them and Inven.

The studio, Netmarble released their 2023 Q2 performance which displayed their current status and what is the current share of income and expenses for the studio. The studio according to the reports recorded KRW 603.3 billion (South Korean Won) worth of sales in the Q2 of 2023, alongside overseas sales of KRW 519.1 billion for Q2 of 2023.
The report mentioned that while the sales for the Marvel Contest of Champions increased in Q2 so did the expenses incurred by the studio for marketing the game to wider audiences, thus the overall income earned by the studio from the game decreased. The operating expenses of the studio also increased in Q2, adding to the massive total figure of KRW 640.5 billion

Despite a decrease in the non-operating income of 2.1 billion on a quarter-to-quarter basis from the studio’s side they are still going and have solid plans for future releases. The developers have many new games on their portfolio as of now, some of which have been released, some which are in the beta testing phase, and some which will be released soon enough.
Netmarble aims to feature next year’s releases at G-STAR 2023
The studio is aiming to feature the next year’s releases, this year at the G-STAR 2023. The studio will release the new titles at this year’s event to give the fans a sneak peek at what the studio holds for them in the future. As reported by Inven, the studio did not disclose the name of the three titles but instead dropped hints regarding what they will offer.

Netmarble discussed the genres of the new titles, the studio quoted “At this year’s G-Star, we plan to unveil one open-world RPG, one CCG, and one MMORPG.” No additional details regarding the three new games were given and the studio asked fans to be patient as more information regarding the new releases would be released soon.
