According to some recent developments, SipSipStephen, a Twitch streamer has made some claims regarding the possibility of HoYoverse aiming to develop a casual simulation game very similar to another hit title, Animal Crossing. The Twitter post has since been subject to various strikes and has been deleted suggesting that there might be some truth behind these claims.
HoYoverse aims to widen its portfolio with the addition of a life simulator title
The suggested game will be aimed at widening the available portfolio of the developers and providing the fans and players with a new genre to experience and explore. With the addition of this game, HoYoverse would be aiming to compete in the simulation genre and will be focussing on targeting a wider audience to eventually expand their existing fanbase.

The news started spreading across the community regarding a new game being developed by the developers when the details were shared by leaker and Twitter user UBatcha. The leaker added that the developers of Genshin Impact, HoYoverse are currently working on a new casual simulation-style game that will be inspired by other hit titles, like Animal Crossing and Stardew Valley.
Since then a lot of new developments have taken place, most recently, Twitch streamer SipSipStefen actually released an image from his official Twitter handle claiming it to be a glimpse of the HoYoverse new simulation title, however as soon as the claim was done the post got hit by multiple strikes resulting in the tweet and the image shared alongside being deleted from the internet. This also sparked the possibility of the image being shared as actual footage from the new game.
“Our first look at the up-and-coming life simulation game from Hoyoverse that I will be referring to as “Hoyoworld” until we get an actual confirmed title. Seems to be a direct Animal Crossing competitor” quoted the Twitch streamer via his post on Twitter.
