SHIFT UP Corp’s upcoming RPG game Goddess of Victory: NIKKE is a post-apocalyptic third-person shooter game that will release globally later in 2022. The devs are recruiting closed beta participants in South Korea, Japan, and the U.S. currently. Ahead of the global launch in 2022, interested players are invited to join the closed beta test of Goddess of Victory: NIKKE. The CBT started on March 6th at 20:00 (UTC-5) already.
Moreover, the devs have confirmed that the CBT will take place until the last week of March 2022. Open for both Android and iOS users, NIKKE: The Goddess of Victory will provide special rewards for participants in the closed beta test upon the release of the game.
Goddess of Victory: NIKKE will feature intriguing gameplay for the players
NIKKE is a mobile third-person shooter created in Unity. This game will be focusing on simple controls and beautiful visuals. It features a vertical view that allows you to play a very charming art by another of Destiny Child’s illustrators, Kim Hyung-seop.
Nikke, the protagonist is the sole hope who shall bring victory to mankind long evicted from the surface. The top 3 Companies are the only entities allowed to manufacture Nikke in the Ark. A Nikke shall always obey the orders given to it by human beings. No exception. Mankind, dismally defeated, has gone underground. The ruler on the ground is no longer a human being.
The player can take cover from enemy fire, and will automatically attack when aiming in order to create a simpler control scheme on mobile platforms. In addition to that, various characters will have different skills. The story features a distant future in which humanity has been driven underground by metallic aliens. The development of battle androids marks the beginning of humanity’s comeback.
Everything we know about the closed beta test of Goddess of Victory: NIKKE
As this is closed testing for the games’ beta, the number of participants is restricted to a limited number. If the number of applicants exceeds the limit then the devs will choose them randomly.
However, players won’t be able to purchase in-game currencies during the test. The game has shared separate registration links for each region. Players from the mentioned countries can sign-up for the registration from the links given below or else from TapTap.

As the CBT is limited for some regions, only players from those countries can participate in the test. They need to be at least 13 years old in order to participate in the test. Other than that, the minimum system requirements for participating in CBT of NIKKE: The Goddess of Victory are as follows.
- iOS 9.0 or above, iPhone 6S Plus or above
- Android 4.1 or above
As of now, the closed beta test has been announced for mobile devices. It is expected that the game will soon be globally released for Android and iOS devices.
