Petit Planet returns with a new Stardrift Test on April 21, 2026, bringing fresh content and exploration upgrades on mobile and PC

HoYoverse has announced a new closed beta test called the Stardrift test for its upcoming cosmic life simulation title, Petit Planet, scheduled to begin on April 21, 2026, for Android, iOS, and PC. The game previously held a CBT in November 2025, but this time it’s bringing new Neighbors, enhanced Starsea Voyage experiences, and more.

So, Petit Planet is a cozy galactic life sim where you play as a Planet Tender, getting a planet of your own in the vast Starsea. You get the freedom to live however you like, from fishing, farming, and cooking to relaxing with your fuzzy Neighbors and decorating your home or landscapes as you feel like.

Moreover, you can also explore the Starsea to build connections with people and things at the Galactic Bazaar, and those bonds slowly shape the universe around you.
