The Hisuian Discoveries event will take place in Pokemon GO from Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. through Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at 8:00 p.m. local time, according to information released by Niantic. In Pokemon GO, more creatures that were seen in the Hisui region of the Pokémon Legends: Arceus game will make their debut. Trainers can benefit from the features and perks in-game.
New Pokemon in Hisuian Discoveries event
From Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. to Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at 8:00 p.m. local time, Hisuian Growlithe, Hisuian Qwilfish, and Hisuian Sneasel will make their Pokémon GO debuts!

Collection Challenges and Hisui Cup
- Event-themed Collection Challenges are coming soon!
- Complete them to receive rewards of XP, Stardust, and an Incubator.
- Celebrate Hisui by battling in the GO Battle League using Pokémon from the Hisui region!Pokémon must be at or below 1,500 CP to enter.
- Only Pokémon first discovered in the Hisui region or Pokémon with a Pokédex number from #387 to #493 will be allowed.
Avatar items and stickers
Avatar items inspired by the Pokémon Legends: Arceus main characters’ outfits will be available again in the in-game shop! A Hisui-inspired adventure isn’t complete without a wardrobe upgrade. You’ll be able to get event-themed stickers by spinning PokéStops, opening Gifts, and purchasing them from the in-game shop.
Global Challenge and Ultra Unlocks will be available in POkemon GO Fest 2022: Seattle
Trainers from all over the world will be challenged with finishing a Global Challenge while those attending Pokémon GO Fest explore Seattle and take on the event’s challenges! If successful, the impending Hisuian Discoveries event, which runs from Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. through Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at 8:00 p.m. local time, would grant increased benefits to all Trainers. On Sunday, July 31, 2022, there will also be a special Raid Day!
Global Challenge
A special Global Challenge will kick off alongside Pokémon GO Fest: Seattle on Friday, July 22, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. PDT (GMT –7). You can participate from anywhere! Join forces with Trainers around the world to battle in raids to unlock the following.
- 2× XP for completing raids during the remainder of the Global Challenge period, ending on Sunday, July 24, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. PDT (GMT –7).
- Ultra Unlock: Hisuian Discoveries from Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. to Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at 8:00 p.m. local time.
- Ultra Unlock: Hisuian Discoveries Raid Day on Sunday, July 31, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. local time.
Collection Challenge
From Friday, July 22, 2022, at 8:00 a.m. to Sunday, July 24, 2022, at 8:00 p.m. local time a selection of Pokémon appearing at Pokémon GO Fest: Seattle will also appear in the wild for Trainers around the world. Keep an eye out for Slowpoke, Krabby, Staryu, Qwilfish, Mantine, and Clamperl during the event. Catch them to complete this Collection Challenge!
