South Korea‘s official professional league for PUBG Mobile Esports has announced its roadmap for the country. Starting this month, the first official event is going to take place. PUBG Mobile Pro Series (PMPS) Korea 2024 Season 0 will kick off on the first day of March 2024 and will run for the next three days. Much of the event is not known so far. However, we have prepared this article for you so that you can easily understand everything related to the event coming ahead.
According to the roadmap, there will be four pro series events starting from 0 to 3. The winner of the first one will elevate to the prestigious event of PUBG Mobile Global Open (PMGO) in Brazil. There will be two Rivals Cup events and the year will end with the biggest event of PUBG Mobile esports, the PMGC 2024.
PMPS Korea 2024 Season 0: Schedule and Format
Unlike the previous events, this year’s tournament will follow a different format in terms of timeframe. The event will take place only for three days, starting on the 1st of March 2024. It will conclude its journey on the 3rd of March 2024. Additional details including the format will be revealed at a later date.
Following the previous events, PMPS Korea 2024 Season 0 will take place offline at the Dream Arena, Daejeon, South Korea. The most promising aspect of PMPS Korea 2024 Season 0 is that the champion team will get a direct slot at the first global event of PUBG Mobile this year, the PMGO 2024.
Participating Teams
A total of 16 teams will join the battle to become the champion as well as get a ticket to the prestigious PMGO 2024. A few days ago, PUBG Mobile announced the partner teams for South Korea. Those 10 teams will join the league with 6 invited from last year’s PMPS 2023 Season 3 Korea. The list of the teams is as follows.
