Talking Tom & Friends has held the title of most downloaded mobile game IP for 10 years running, according to the most recent blog from data.ai, which was published recently. Seven of Outfit7‘s games appeared on the list of the Top 100 Monthly Active Users in 2021, more than any other publisher worldwide.
Talking Tom & Friends has seen steady growth since its debut
The Talking Tom & Friends franchise’s debut game was an immediate success, and the company has grown steadily since its 2010 launch. Over time, Outfit7 carefully increased the brand’s gaming portfolio by concentrating on IP development and adding fresh gameplay concepts, gaming experiences, and characters to the franchise.
There are already over 20 Talking Tom & Friends games available, with My Talking Angela 2 – the most recent title – becoming the top mobile game of summer 2021 with 120 million downloads in its first month alone.
In 2010, Outfit7 released Talking Tom Cat, the first game in the Talking Tom franchise, introducing the Talking Tom character to the public.
