Tencent Music Entertainment Group (TME), a part of Tencent, announced on June 14th the establishment of an in-depth strategic partnership with Genshin Impact. As part of this musical collaboration, Genshin Impact has released nine OST albums exclusively on TME-owned platforms.
A total of five OSTs were released previously by Genshin Impact
Genshin Impact, a popular open-world role-playing game developed and published by HoYoverse, had already released five original soundtrack (OST) albums prior to this partnership. The albums released before the collaboration were titled The Shimmering Voyage Vol.2, Footprints of the Traveler, Forest of Jnana and Vidya, The Stellar Moments Vol. 3, and The Unfathomable Sand Dunes.
A total of nine albums have been released on Tencent Music Platform. Among these albums are the highly anticipated City of Winds and Idylls OST, which is the second original soundtrack album to be released for Genshin Impact composed by HOYO-MiX and Yu-peng Chen, which has made its debut exclusively on TME’s platforms.
Tencent Music Entertainment Group is a Chinese company specializing in music streaming services. TME was formed in July 2016 when Tencent acquired China Music Corporation, aiming to enhance its music portfolio. Since then, they have collaborated with multiple companies to promote and release music in the Chinese markets.
Players are invited to follow the links to indulge in the enchanting melodies of the Genshin Impact original soundtrack (OST) which they can follow from either QQ Music, Kugou Music, or Kuwo Music. Players outside China can access the links with the help of a VPN.
