The House of Da Vinci 3 is now available on iOS, completing the acclaimed trilogy of Room-Esque 3D puzzlers. Like the previous games in the series, it sees you rubbing shoulders with Leonardo Da Vinci and the shadowy Ordo lustitialis sect in renaissance Italy.
The aim of the House of Da Vinci 3 is to solve a series of tricky puzzles. Some of these are environmental and involve exploring the area around you. Others are confined to small, intricate devices. In many cases, you’ll need to use the Oculus Perpetua, a time-manipulating device that lets you change the past. Either way, the puzzles are completely intuitive and tough as nails.
Step into the footsteps of Giacomo and join the master Da Vinci
The story picks up where the previous game left off. The protagonist Giacomo is in a major pickle, Leonardo is missing, and you’re still not sure what those Ordo lustitialis guys are up to – but it can be suspected that the incidents are related.

As you work your way through the streets and rooms of renaissance Italy, leaving unpicked brainteasers in your wake, you’ll learn more and more about Leonardo’s time machine, Ordo lustitialis, and the whole knotty predicament that people will find themselves in. It’s more of the same but cranked up a few notches, as befits a grand finale.
Gamers can encounter a familiar style of puzzle, but the puzzles are even more devious and creative than before. The controls have received a tune-up, too, and the graphics are even more polished. In fact, The House of Da Vinci 3 is the first game in the series to use motion capture, just like a real movie.
iOS Gamers can start exploring the world of Renaissance now
In case players have missed out on the series, it’s worth mentioning that The House of Da Vinci 2 is one of the most successful games ever to have come out of Central Europe. Not only has it been downloaded millions of times, but it boasts a highly impressive 4.8 average user rating on the App Store.
It’s a big deal, in other words, and The House of Da Vinci 3 looks very much like the definitive entry in the series. The House of Da Vinci 3 is currently available on iOS with Switch, Android, PC, and Mac versions coming on the way.
