Step into Vir’s story of ambition and friendship, and enjoy a feel-good journey of achievements
The Palace on the Hill is a slice-of-life adventure set in a fictional 90s rural Indian village. In this game, you play as a teenage boy named Vir and experience a heartfelt story of ambition, struggle, and friendship, while carrying out daily activities.

You can explore ancient palace ruins, tend to your garden, cook traditional Indian food, run errands for quirky villagers, and learn about history through art. There’s a lot to do here, and it offers a feel-good story of personal achievements despite social marginalization.
Players can interact with diverse characters and explore 15th-century Indian palaces
I’m particularly excited to meet over 25 regionally and culturally diverse characters, which brings a lot of depth to the game. Besides that, the open-world exploration and questing also look fun, especially with the chance to wander through 15th-century Indian royal palaces.
Overall, this acclaimed title looks very promising and fun, offering vibrant hand-painted watercolour graphics, Indian cooking and tea shop management, relaxing puzzle-based painting mechanics, a variety of characters, an emotional storyline, and more.
The Palace on the Hill is now available on both Android and iOS. You can now download the game from your respective Google Play Store or App Store.
