Today, global game publisher and developer WEBZEN announced ToyTopia: Match3, an upcoming mobile puzzle game. Match-three puzzle game ToyTopia is being developed by WEBZEN Cube Inc., a WEBZEN subsidiary made up of core developers that have contributed to several popular puzzle and casual games.
Match-3 puzzles have long been one of the most popular game genres for mobile devices, especially in Western markets. Along with the studio’s other games including MU, R2, Metin, and Shot online, WEBZEN has partnered with WEBZEN Cube to deliver a casual game aimed at players of all ages as part of a strategy to broaden its game genre portfolio.
Experience a whole new match-3 puzzle world and build your toy world in ToyTopia: Match3
ToyTopia is a match-3 puzzle game that challenges players to match three or more blocks consecutively while avoiding various villain gimmicks. Players can create their toy world using figurines and structures that are themed after toys.
The game has a fun element as well, where players may earn Stars by solving puzzles and creating different toy characters with the Dreamcatcher Machine. To earn Coins, players can choose and position their toy figures near the structures with a toy theme.
ToyTopia: Match3 is expected to have a soft launch in Q3 2023 and will be playable on both Android and iOS devices. WEBZEN has revealed the official logo and details for the game and players can visit the official Facebook page for more information.
