BGMI Snapdragon Mobile Open: Teams, Format, Prize Pool, and More

Get ready for some BGMI action!

The esports arena for Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) is stepping into the new year with a big event just around the corner. BGMI Snapdragon Mobile Open will feature more than two thousand teams along with an exhilarating grand finale at the end. The top-tier BGMI teams will fight for a massive prize pool of ₹10,000,000 (almost $120,000) while keeping their eyes on the champion trophy.

The goal is clear, to let the others know that domination will reign. However, from the 12th of January 2024 to the 18th of February, the BGMI esports scene of India will witness the clash of giants in Delhi. ESL Gaming along with NODWIN Gaming are going to organize the event.

BGMI Snapdragon Mobile Open: Schedule and Format

The Challenge Season will begin on the 12th of January 2024. Not all teams are confirmed yet as team revealing is being done on a step-by-step basis to keep the tension high. There will be 4 groups of 8 teams each to play the Challenge stage where a round-robin format will be maintained. Each day in the Challenge Season will have 6 matches.

The main event is the grand finals. From registration to the finals, a total of 2048 teams had to fight for a total of 8 places for the challenge season. With 24 invited teams and the qualified 8, the challenge season will take place. 16 teams will qualify for the main stage that will held offline in Delhi, India. From the 16th of February to the 18th, the grand finals will take place. Each day will have 6 matches, making a total of 18 matches to determine the champion.

Prize Pool

The event will feature a huge ₹10,000,000 (almost $120,000) for the final 16 teams. The exact share for each team after the end of the event is not disclosed yet. Thus, keep following the article to know the share of each team at the earliest.
