LOUD, one of the key players in LATAM’s esports scene, has announced its partnership with Brazilian sensation and Real Madrid winger Vinicius Jr. The professional footballer will be a new co-owner of the esports team. Together, LOUD and Vini Jr. will produce a series of exclusive content for promotion on the organization’s social media channels. Besides, LOUD will contribute to taking new initiatives at Vini Jr Institute which works for improving child education in Brazil.
“As a long-time gamer, I’ve seen the positive impact video games have on the lives and identity of Brazilian youth. Partnering with LOUD was a perfect fit. Together, we’ll produce great content, encourage young gamers to prioritize their studies, and support the next generation of athletes, either on the pitch or on the screen,” said Vini Jr.
Vinicius Jr as partner, LOUD to refocus on entertainment’s next generation
The signing of Vinicius Jr as a new co-owner will initiate the content creation of LOUD, accelerating the organization’s aims to ‘refocus on entertainment’s next generation’. Vini established his foundation in 2021 that works to provide a better education facility to children whose parents could not provide for them. Besides, it produces educational resources as well through a mobile application. So, Vini and LOUD will actively work on these factors.
LOUD co-founder Bruno Bittencourt said, “Vini Jr represents how gaming culture is evolving beyond the screen and into fashion, sports, and even social causes. Together, we’ll exercise that new identity by developing original content, supporting youth education, and finding new ways to improve communities throughout Brazil and Latin America. We’re very excited to welcome Vini Jr to LOUD’s ownership group as we work to inspire the next generation gamer.”
LOUD is one of the biggest and most influential esports teams in Latin America. The organization has surpassed one billion YouTube views and has the largest number of followers on social media in Brazil. Created in 2019, the team is the fastest-growing organization and a pioneer in the esports-media hybrid model.
Garena’s battle royale Free Fire has bumped the team to fit in the culture and managed the rapid growth. Currently, LOUD is actively operating in Free Fire, League of Legends, and Valorant. The organization has collaborated with several other celebrities before. Vinicius Jr as a co-owner of LOUD, is again a great move by the organization.
