Free Fire announced its esports roadmap for 2024 earlier in January. Since then, the game has been conducting esports events all over the world i.e. in its regions. As the big event, FFWS Global Finals coming in November, the regional events are on a roll. As part of the regional qualifiers, the Free Fire World Series (FFWS) SEA Spring 2024 is just around the corner.
Free Fire World Series (FFWS) SEA Spring 2024: Schedule and Format
The event is divided into three stages. After completing the preliminary round which is the knockout stage, now the time is to go on with the remaining two stages namely the Point Rush, and the Grand Finals. From the 24th of May 2024, the Point Rush stage will kick off with the 12 teams remaining now. There will be a total of 12 matches in two days, 6 in a day. With the same 12 teams, the grand finals will take place on the 26th of May 2024 at the Phu Tho Stadium, Ho Chi Minh City. The top team will emerge as the champion.
Participating Teams
In the Free Fire World Series (FFWS) SEA Spring 2024, four countries will send their top teams, a total of 18, to compete on the stage. But the Point Rush and the grand finals will feature the top 12 only. Ahead of the much anticipated EWC 2024, this event will send a few teams there as well. Here is the list of the participant teams.

Prize Pool
A whopping $300,000 is allocated for the teams which the participants will get after the end of the event. Based on the rankings at the end of the grand finals, all the teams will pocket a decent amount. Besides, the top 8 will fly to Riyadh to participate in the Esports World Cup 2024.

There are other awards based on player and team performance throughout the whole event. MVP of the Season will receive $4,000 while Points Rush Predator and Finals Predator will pocket $500 each.
