PUBG Mobile Pro League (PMPL) Season 4: Indonesia Finals, one of the most popular regions of PUBG Mobile esports, has just concluded with Genesis Dogma GIDS being crowned as champions. Besides lifting the coveted trophy, they have also secured their slot in the next regional event, the PMPL: SEA League 2021. NFT Esports finished as the runner-up while Bigetron RA (BTR) finished in third place. Along with the champions, these two teams also qualified for the PMPL: SEA League 2021.
The PMPL Season 4 Indonesia started on August 24 with three weeks of league play and 3 Super Weekends involved. At the end of it, the top 16 teams qualified for the finals from the league stage. RRQ RYU became the league stage champion with 392 points in total. They also got a slot in the PMPL: SEA League 2021.

The finals of this exciting tournament began with Bonafide taking the first chicken dinner of the day. However, the day ended with Genesis Dogma GIDS climbing to the top with 44 kills. Although they secured only one chicken dinner, the consistency that they showed rewarded them with the top position.
As the tournament progressed, Genesis Dogma GIDS became tougher for the other teams to beat and dominated the day to maintain their top spot. At the end of the day, they took 34 points to lead from the second-placed team, NFT Esports.
However, on the final day of the event, the first four matches didn’t go well for GD GIDS. They couldn’t make it to the top 10 in three matches on this day. NFT Esports took the chance and reduced the gap by putting up a good show. After four matches, they were only 3 points behind GD GIDS.
But the luck didn’t favor them at all as they got eliminated at 16th position in the last match. Their journey stopped after gathering 165 points, 5 points behind the champion. Bigetron RA, who finished the first two days being the 9th, climbed to the top three showing consistent play and accumulated a total of 133 points.
GDGIDSsatar was adjudged the MVP of the tournament
A total prize money of $56,900 has been divided among the participants of this prestigious tournament. The champions, GD GIDS got $15,200 to put in their bag. The second and the third-placed team NFT Esports and BIgetron RA took home $10,400 and $7,600 respectively.
The coveted MVP (Most Valuable Player) title was earned by none other than GDGIDSsatar from Genesis Dogma GIDS. His exemplary performance was crucial for the success of his team’s championship run and was awarded an amount of $2000.
