GodLike Esports are the BGMI champions in the Skyesports Championship 3.0

After an intense grand final spanning across 42 matches, Godlike Esports have been crowned as the champions of Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) in the AMD Ryzen Skyesports Championship 3.0. The recently signed roster of GodLike Esports put up a dominant performance on the final day to win the championship.

Godlike had won 6 chicken dinners, the most among others, and amassed 228 kills from the 42 matches of the finals. With this victory, they have received a whopping amount of ₹ 12,00,000 ($16320) from the total prize pool the ₹ 25,00,000 ($34000) prize pool. Their squad consisted of Suraj “Neyoo” Majumdar, Jonathan Amaral, Abhishek “ZGOD” Choudhary, and Vivek “ClutchGod” Horo.

Jonathan Amaral from Godlike Esports was adjourned as the MVP of the tournament for showcasing his insane skills and amassing up 77 kills in the tournament. Moreover, he narrowly finished over Akshat from 8Bit who had gathered 75 kills across the matches he played in the championship. As a reward for being the MVP of this championship, Jonathan will get an additional amount of ₹ 1,00,000 ($1360) for this achievement. Meanwhile, here are the top five players of the competition

Throughout the semifinals and the finals of this tournament, the hype for Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) was clearly visible in the Skyesports Championship 3.0. The official stream reached a peak viewership of over 220,000 across all streams during the sixth day of the tournament.

After the conclusion of the semifinals and finals of BGMI in Skyesports Championship 3.0, the tournament will now return with one of India’s favorite FPS titles, Valorant. Registrations for this tournament are currently live on the official Skyesports website and will end on September 15th, 2021.

The Skyesports Championship 3.0 has a total prize pool of ₹ 55,00,000 ($74800 approx.). This huge prize pool has been split across six gaming titles. This championship is presented by AMD Ryzen with Logitech G being the gaming partner along with WD Black being the storage partner. Moreover, Croma is the gaming retail partner and the regional streams are exclusively supported by Facebook.
