GodLike Esports looking to resume PUBG Mobile operations outside of India

A new beginning for GodLike Esports in PUBG Mobile?

GodLike Esports, one of the leading esports organizations in the Indian subcontinent is currently looking for a chance to shift its base from India to the Middle Eastern country of United Arab Emirates in order to continue their PUBG Mobile operations. If GodLike manages to pull this off, it might just revive the organization as a whole.

Kronten’s plans to shift to Dubai from India

GodLike Esports acquired the ex-PUBG mobile roster of TSM following the ban of PUBG Mobile in India and the arrival of BGMI. Since then, the owner of GodLike Esports Chetan ‘Kronten’ Chandgude did not leave any stone unturned when it came to catering to the particular roster which was the face of the organization and brought in all the necessary sponsors and fans from all over the country.

GodLike’s BGMI team delivered as one would have expected them to, but the successful stint soon faced yet another challenge with BGMI being banned in India. This affected GodLike as their most crucial lineup was now grounded with no scope to attend any more officially acclaimed tournaments. All these resulted in a significant drop off not only in the assets of GodLike but other esports organizations all over India.

The change won’t allow GodLike Esports to represent India in the future

In his recent Instagram Live, Kronten said that as the comeback of BGMI looks even more unlikely, the team’s PUBG Mobile lineup might just shift to Dubai in order to resume operation. According to him, GodLike already has the necessary arrangements made in the City of Gold, and the only remaining arrangement is that of the passports of the players concerned.

The decision to shift to Dubai from India is a very crucial one for GodLike, as it can open up new possibilities for them while at the same time bringing in some success for the organization at the hands of its most accomplished lineup. Although shifting countries will mean GodLike won’t be able to represent its country of origin India anymore and will be required to represent the United Arab Emirates.
