Krafton India-Korea Invitational concludes with the crowned champions from different titles

The third and final day of the India-Korea Invitational a first-of-its-kind Esports festival presented by Krafton, came to an exciting end at Pragati Maidan in Delhi. Eight teams from India and Korea competed in the three-day invitational, which featured major Esports titles like Real Cricket, Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), and Road to Valor: Empires. The three-day event, which drew an audience of over 12,000, was a celebration of gaming and the unification of two nations via the sharing of information and culture.

The event was a testament to Krafton’s commitment to celebrating India’s Esports community

Senior government officials and important dignitaries, including Chang Jae-bok, the Korean ambassador to India, Nivruti Rai, the MD and CEO of Invest India, Gurpreet Singh Sandhu, the custodian for the Indian national football team, and Yuzvendra Chahal, the Indian cricket player, among honorable members of the parliament and others from the Sports Authority of India, came to support this cultural and competitive fusion during the three-day celebration.

It was in a nutshell, a successful event that demonstrated KRAFTON’s dedication to supporting and enhancing India’s emerging Esports scene and advancing Esports internationally. The results of three days of competition are as follows:

The recently held meeting between Krafton and Indian Diplomats and the grand event that followed is yet another constructive step in the India-Korea relationship and demonstrates Krafton’s dedication to growing its operations and presence in India. The 50th anniversary of India-Korea diplomatic relations and the expansion of the Indian gaming industry have both been commemorated by this crucial step toward future cooperation.
