The first-ever official tournament of the game of Battlegrounds Mobile India with a prize pool of 6,00,000 INR ($8055) has just ended with Team Snax getting the crown of the champions for the Battlegrounds Mobile India Launch Party. After the game has been released recently in India, the top 18 streamers of India have participated in this invitational tournament/event. Team Snax has ended up being victorious with a big impact, dominating the whole tournament.
Team Snax’s roster was filled with the players of Team Insidious, with the likes of TeamINDSnax, TeamINDKratos, TeamINDAttanki, and TeamINDamjitsk. They have won prize money of 3,30,000 INR ($4430) with Team Kronten who came 2nd followed by Team RonaK, who ended up being in 3rd place.

Battlegrounds Mobile India Launch Party was an invite-only tournament featuring the teams featuring the 18 top streamers of India. Big names like Dynamo Gaming, MortaL, Gaming Guru, Jonathan, GodNixon were among the famous names taking part in the tournament. 72 players from 18 teams played a total of 6 games across 2 days of 8th and 9th of July. On each day, 3 matches were played in the 3 maps of Miramar, Erangel and Sanhok. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was an online event . Team Snax dominating the Battlegrounds Mobile India Launch Party Points Table
Team Snax won by a comfortable gap of 57 points, finishing with 120 points. They had gone on to a great start on the first day of the tournament, claiming Chicken Dinners across the 3 maps. Team Kronten came second with 63 points, beating 3rd-placed Team RonaK by 3 points. There was a very small gap of points from the 4th to 7th placed teams. Team Ghatak came 4th with 58 points while team Sangwan came 5th with 56 points. Here is the full overall points table.
There was also a fun pan-fight match held between the team captains with a prize money of 20,000 INR. Shreeman Legend won that match.
