Team Vitality enters India with the announcement of a COD Mobile roster

The esports industry in India has now got another major boost as Vitality India, the Indian wing of esports heavyweights Team Vitality, announced their COD Mobile esports roster. The latest announcement is one among the many initiatives taken up by the French Giants to expand their operations in India.

Team Vitality is a French esports team that was founded in the year 2013. Since then, it has grown to become a household name in the competitive arena of a variety of games. The team initially started off in Call of Duty way back in March 2013 where they won their first of many titles. They have since gone on to expand their roster in various other games such as Valorant, Rainbow Six Siege, CS: GO, FIFA, and so on. Such has been the immense success and popularity of the team; they have seriously taken to expanding their presence in countries such as India. Vitality already has teams in 13 other different countries.

The roster consists of a variety of talented players and with Vitality’s expansion, the Indian esports arena certainly seems to be moving upward after a year in which the coronavirus pandemic threatened to disrupt the growth of the community. Their impressive track record means that Indian fans can certainly hope to look forward to some big wins for Indian esports teams in the near future.

Vitality India was formed back in December 2020. The team is currently headquartered in Mumbai which forms the base of its operations. Moreover, they had already established a strong social media presence among Indian audiences prior to the official inception of the team. The esports stalwarts started out by partnering with popular YouTuber Nischay Malhan in an effort to attract a major chunk of Indian audiences. The team promised of getting in the immense talent across the Indian gaming scene. And as things pan out seem to be delivered as now after announcing FIFA and Rocket League rosters, they have entered into one of the best battle royale games in the industry, Call of Duty Mobile.

I think they are entering as the OG Zombie Mode is back hence will atract new players to the game. Hence, participation in Esports will also happen. And maybe there is something coming up soon which made Vitality to make a roster for CODM.
